Aristolochic acid A (Aristolochic acid I; TR 1736) 是植物提取物 Aristolochic acids 的主要成分,其存在于 Aristolochia Asarum 草本植物中。Aristolochic acid A 顯著降低激活蛋白1 (AP-1) NF-κB 活性。Aristolochic acid A 降低人細(xì)胞中膀胱癌相關(guān) BLCAP 基因表達(dá)。

沸點(diǎn):615.5℃ at 760 mmHg

外觀:棕色結(jié)晶

溶解性:溶于乙醇、氯仿、乙mi、丙tong、醋酸、苯胺及堿,微溶于堿,幾乎不溶于苯及二硫化碳。
